TOC & release updates

Congarts to all who made it in.  There are some interesting titles in this TOC.  I'm really looking forward to reading it when it comes out.

Yes, we will be sending out for bios closer to release date. The byline was just what name you want featured under the title. Thanks, Danny.

Sorry there has not been more updates on this one. We're still shooting for a Dec 2011 release. We've just been reading novels and editing NT II. When we have most of the stories ready for the final author approval, I'll post it up here.

I hold an ARC of Night Terrors II in my hand, and tomorrow, as soon as the post office opens, I will overnight it to Ellen Datlow in NY so we don't miss the 11/30 deadline for Years Best Of. Last year we had 2 nominees; this year I feel someone's getting in!

Congrats! I'm sure that all the authors appreciate your hard work and determination to meet the deadline.
Can't wait to read this twisted tome upon its release.

We will be selecting contest winners for NT II this weekend. We've postponed it for awhile as we were missing some staff members for nearly 2 weeks due to vacations--slacker! We like everyone's input when we choose. Boy it's gonna be another tough decision.

We decided not to do a runner up, top ten list like last Night Terrors, because there was too many great stories. It was hard enough to pick the top three for the contest. Great job to all our authors!!!

Things are moving forward smoothly. This weekend should bring a completion to all the editing. All we need after that is the cover art and we'll be ready to release.
